  1. Technical-commercial Lecture - 05 quotas

    1. Period of 60 min. in a reserved room, with projection and sound.
    2. Inclusion of the title, lecturer and company in the official programming of the event.
    3. Insert of the institutional folder and/or invitation for the company’s lecture in the Congress members´ material.

  2. Coffee Break - 03 quotas

    1. Eight table displays with the company’s Trademark informing the sponsor of the coffee break, installed in the self-service locations.
    2. Possibility of delivery of divulgation material and/or gifts to the Congress members of the event during the coffee break (contracting company’s responsibility).

  3. Opening Cocktail - 01 quota

    1. Eight table displays with the company’s Trademark, informing the sponsor of the cocktail.
    2. Three banners with the company’s Trademark to be placed in the area of the happy hour
    3. The delivery of the divulgation material and/or gifts to the Congress members of the event during the cocktail (as long as the contracting company supplies material and/or gifts

  4. Brotherhood Night - 01 quota

    1. Welcoming Banner with the MARK of the company, informing the sponsor of the Brotherhood Night.
    2. Three welcoming banners with the company’s Trademark to be placed where Brotherhood Night will be held.
    3. The company’s Trademark on the invitation that will be given to all of the Congress members.
    4. The ad for the company’s trademark done by the artistic presentation, if there is to be one.

  5. Picture Contest - 01 quota

    1. Company’s Trademark on the exhibition panel of the pictures.
    2. Divulgation of the company’s Trademark at the award ceremony of the contest.

  6. Promotional Material - 05 quotas

    1. Inclusion of the company’s material in the Congress members´ folder
